Tamiya's first RC off-road car, again.

This is a reprint version of the XR311, which was released in 1977 as Tamiya's first electric RC off-road car with suspension, and has been improved with the same basic configuration. The body has a fearless military look and is realistic. Made of resin. The wrinkles on the door mirrors, lights, and canvas top, as well as the instrument panel and seats, give the interior a three-dimensional feel. Furthermore, mesh for the rear plate is also available, so don't miss the delicate details. A driver figure is also set in the driver's seat of the steering wheel, making it truly a running scale model.

Details of the rear wheel drive chassis with 4-wheel suspension have been renewed

Adopts a channel-shaped frame made of duralumin plates bent into a U-shape. It is rear-wheel drive with the motor placed vertically in the rear end. The running battery is also placed vertically in the centre, and the receiver and ESC are mounted on the mechanical stays on the left and right sides of the rear. Of course, it is compatible with current mainstream battery sources such as 7.2V racing packs. It also has excellent weight balance. The suspension is a 4-wheel double wishbone consisting of H-arms on both the top and bottom. The metal torsion bar springs, whose effectiveness can be adjusted, are placed horizontally and vertically. Also, the rear gear box is Sealed type that increases running reliability. Three gear ratios can be selected: low speed, medium speed, and high speed.
