A challenger from Japan who won the grueling endurance race

The Nürburgring is a German circuit known for its harshness. It is also used as a sports car development course, so you may have heard the name many times in Japan. SUBARU has been competing in the 24-hour endurance race held here since 2008, and has won its class four times. Based on SUBARU's high-performance sports sedan WRX STI, the WRX STI NBR Challenge was created specifically for this race. NBR stands for Nürburgring. This is an electric radio control car assembly kit that reproduces the machine that won the class championship in 2016. The complexly shaped front bumper spoiler, bonnet with air vents on both sides of the air intake, edgy front and rear fenders, diffuser-shaped rear end, and other features have been realistically reproduced using polycarbonate. The door mirrors and rear wing integrated with the stay are made of resin and have a good sense of scale. Of course, we also have many sponsor logos available as stickers.

Shaft drive 4WD with excellent and fun settings, adopts TT-02 chassis

The chassis is a shaft drive 4WD TT-02. A well-balanced design with a vertical layout with the running battery on the left and the motor on the right provides excellent handling stability, and the suspension arm the left and right uprights are common, making it easy to assemble, and the top and bottom split gear case makes it highly maintainable. Furthermore, by rearranging parts, you can choose two types each of wheelbase, vehicle height, and tread, making 10 types. You can also enjoy settings such as the motor mount that allows you to choose from a wide range of gear ratios. Also, the wheel hub has a brake disc-like design and is equipped with a front bumper support that resembles the bumper of a real racing cart, giving it plenty of playfulness. Slick tires are mounted on gunmetal coloured mesh wheels.
